To confirm the model number of a Hawke riflescope, just look at the end of the box. It’s right there, with the UPC code.

The actual rebate claim is made using the Hawke website. The company has a sophisticated “shopping cart-like” rebate center system here that enables you to apply for and track the progress of your rebate.
