The Crosman Challenger Flag Edition is a factory-special model of the 10 Meter competition rifle. It’s Crosman Model CH2021FS.
The Flag Edition incorporates a hydro-dipped stock that combines elements of the Old Glory flag with images of the script “We The People” from the U.S. Constitution.
Many competition shooters like to customize their air rifles. This Crosman Challenger Flag Edition is a ready-made way to make your gun different to so many others on the range.
Originally released in 2022, the .177 caliber Challenger is designed specifically for Three-Position (3P) competition in the Sporter class. It is the official choice of all U.S. Military JROTC program air rifle sharpshooters.
The Challenger’s regulated action provides around 350 consistent shots per 3,000 PSI fill of High Pressure Air. Combined with a Lothar Walther match-grade barrel and excellent trigger, that helps explain the outstanding scores regularly achieved by Sporter-class shots in 3P competition.
Of course, the Challenger’s Diopter Sight System is another key component of the overall package. It’s included with the gun.
The rear diopter sight is click-adjustable for elevation and windage. There’s 10 clicks per rotation and the range of adjustment is +/- 25 MOA in both planes. The front sight is deeply hooded.
A range of fixed and rotatable sight blades are included, as is a blinder for the non-shooting eye that attaches to the rear sight. Both front and rear sights have the capability of being used in a canted position, too.
The Crosman Challenger Flag Edition is a limited-production model that’s assembled at the company’s Bloomfield, NY plant in small batches. So far as I know, it’s only available online through the crosman.com website. If out of stock at any time, you can get email notification when the next batch is available.
The price is $899.99. But don’t forget, HAM Community members can obtain a 20% discount on this price by redeeming 1,000 HAM Airgun Points. That’s a great offer and makes the price a very attractive $719.99 to qualifying HAM Community members…
