Crosman 2240 pistol grip upgrades have been a “must have” for this CO2-powered air pistol for as long as I can remember.
Incredibly, the 2240 was Pyramyd’s top-selling air pistol of 2024 – again! That means there’s still a huge demand for aftermarket grips for this little airgun.
So why Crosman 2240 pistol grip upgrades?
The first reason is that that the factory originals are rather flat. They feel “thin” and insubstantial to hold, particularly for those of us with larger hands.
Secondly, they are a great way to customize your airgun. And who doesn’t want that?
Thirdly the upgrade couldn’t be easier. Just remove the one screw holding either side of the grips to the frame and replace with the upgrades.
Back in the old days, Crosman 2240 pistol grip upgrades used to be manufactured from wood. They were difficult to make with a high reject rate and, therefore, expensive – in most cases. (Trust me, I know all about this from trying to have them made for our Archer Airguns parts business in the past!).
Now, of course, this is an ideal part that can be made using 3D printing. And the price can be much less. That is precisely what we have here!

I found that Bravo3D’s Crosman 2240 pistol grip upgrades fitted to my old 2240 very well. They also fitted my hands well. The VERY grippy surface helps with hold and hence accuracy. Plus, there’s cut-outs for trigger finger and thumb, as you can see.
At the price, I’d say this is a “no brainer” upgrade for your 2240. Plus, you’ll be supporting a fledgling small airgun business located right here in the USA!
