Air Venturi is definitely majoring on new airguns at the 2025 SHOT Show! Now there’s the new Air Venturi Avenge-XL PCP air rifle to add to the “Avenger-family” range…
The Avenge-XL looks just like what you would imagine from the name. It’s a bigger, more powerful version of the HAM Gold Award-winning Avenge-X platform. Another change that will likely be very popular is the addition of a 500cc carbon fiber bottle, instead of the smaller “semi bottle” used with the Avenge-X.
Certainly the power levels sound very strong and the price is attractive – as you would expect. Air Venturi is indicating a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) of $799.99.
Calibers available are .22, .25 and .30. With the use of the 4,350 PSI bottle, regulator and obviously very large plenum, Air Venturi is showing the following performance levels for the Avenge-XL PCP air rifle:
– .22: 1,200 FPS with 18.1 Grain pellets (57.99 Ft/Lbs)
– .25: 1,180 FPS with 25.4 Grain pellets (78.55 Ft/Lbs)
– .30: 1,100 FPS with 44.75 Grain pellets (120.26 Ft/Lbs)
Air Venturi gives the following specs for consistent, out-of-the-box, shot strings:
– .22: 160 shots per fill at 900 FPS with 18.1 Grain pellets (32.69 Ft/Lbs)
– .25: 90 shots per fill at 850 FPS with 33.95 Grain pellets (54.48 Ft/Lbs)
– .30: 75 shots per fill at 890 FPS with 44.75 Grain pellets (78.73 Ft/Lbs)
The Air Venturi Avenge-XL PCP air rifle features a 25.6-Inch rifled barrel, smooth side lever action and adjustable regulator. Overall length is from 45.5 to 48 Inches.
There’s also a dual optics mounting rail (Weaver/Picatinny and 11mm dovetail) and M-LOK and ARCA rails for adding accessories.
