A selection of Elemental Objects aftermarket magazines recently arrived at the HAM offices. So let’s take a close look at them today…

Elemental Objects is a British company that specializes in additive manufacturing. (That’s also known as 3D printing). This high-tech manufacturing process eliminates conventional machining which starts with larger pieces of material and produces the required shapes from that.

Instead, with additive manufacturing, products are built-up directly following instructions from a computer program. So only the material required for the product is used. It’s built-up digitally, layer by layer without waste. Hence the “additive” description.

The most advanced levels of additive manufacturing technology can produce some extremely sophisticated, well-finished results. That’s exactly what we find here with Elemental Objects aftermarket magazines.

In fact, the range includes both magazines – like that for BSA PCPs illustrated in our heading photograph above – and single shot trays. The expanding range now includes compatible mags for Air Arms, Brocock, BSA, Daystate and FX Airguns.

Elemental Objects magazines are supplied with clear, well-illustrated instructions. In addition, these instructions are stamped with the Batch Number and Assembly Date for that specific part – as we can see in the photograph above. That’s a clear sign that the company means business when it comes to quality!

The replacement Daystate-compatible magazine includes the requisite magnets, together with the switch to select right-or left-loading mode. It also includes a replacement indexing pin and instructions for its (simple) installation.

When opened for loading, the magazine looks like this. Like the other samples received by HAM, it works perfectly.

In addition, there’s a Delta Wolf-specific compatible magazine, as we can see below.

Below we can see a single shot loader for the FX Impact. This natively fits the Mark II and M3 models, as do the magazines. They will work with with the original Impact if the side shot loader mod is fitted, the company tells HAM.
