At the 2016 Extreme Benchrest competition, Airguns of Arizona owner Robert Buchanan revealed an incredible Win A Truck Promotion!
Full details are still to be confirmed, but the big prize is known. Airguns of Arizona will be giving away a truck to the promotion winner at Extreme Benchrest 2017.
As you can imaging, there’s lots of legal stuff to finalized, but the rules are expected to be something like this…
All customers buying product at Airguns of Arizona between now and Extreme Benchrest 2017 will be entered into a draw to win the truck. There will probably be a limit – maybe 20 – to the number of times each person can enter, and all participants in the Extreme Benchrest 2016 competition will be automatically entered. Again, full and final details of the promotion rules will be available from AoA in the near future.
And this is not just any truck. It’s an historic, exotic truck! The prize is to be an Arkonik truck. What’s that? Well Arkonik is an English company that refurbishes and rebuilds classic Land Rover Defender 4WD “jeeps”. The Land Rover Defender is a classic British utility vehicle that has a worldwide reputation for toughness and off-road ability.
Arkonik vehicles are all over 25 years old and so qualify as historic vehicles. But they’re rebuilt from the frames up to be better – much better – than new. They’re imported individually from the UK. Every one is craftsman built. And every one is unique. As you can imagine – they’re not exactly cheap….
How do we know all this? Well, Robert Buchanan owns an Arkonik himself. That’s Robert standing by his own truck in our photograph above. In fact, he’s so pleased with it that he wanted the prize winner to share his passion and win his or her own Arkonik in this win a truck promotion.
