Last year, a ton of people took part in the Airgun Depot Long Ranger competition to see the furthest distance at which they could hit a golf ball using an air rifle. This year, there’s a new contest with a whole lot shorter range, but still needs a lot of skill. It’s the Airgun Darts competition!
The Airgun Darts is designed for air pistols at a much shorter range – 5 Yards. Hey, remember we’re talking handguns here…
The prizes for the Airgun Darts competition are outstanding. The total value of all prizes is over $1,900.00!
The First Prize winner – with the highest score – will win a Beretta 92FS Nickel Pistol air pistol ($229.99 value).
Second highest score will win a SIG Sauer 1911 “We the People” Pistol air pistol ($99.99 value).
The Third Prize winner wins a Umarex Strike Point Pistol ($49.99 value) .
But you don’t have to have the highest score to win big at Airgun Darts! Every qualifying entry has the chance to win an FX Streamline Laminate air rifle in .25 caliber, complete with moderator, UTG bipod and Hawke scope. Airgun Depot says this prize is valued at a cool $1,599.99.

1. Order an official Paper Dart Board and Darts. These are just $2.99 or free with any purchase by using coupon code “GOTDARTS” (limit one per order).
2. Place the dartboard (paper or deluxe) at 5 yards (15 feet). Load your air pistol with 6 pellets or BBs. Set it to safe and get ready to shoot.
3. Set up a camera or cellphone with both dartboard and shooter visible.
4. Introduce yourself once the video starts rolling with your name and location.
5. Record all six shots with an air pistol (or a pistol in carbine form) in one take (no cuts or stops in recording) in 3 minutes or less. The time begins from the first shot fired.
6. Submit your video and details to https://app.videopeel.com/jhuxgxxa.
Once the video is reviewed and verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Your name and video may be added to the Leaderboard and/or uploaded to our YouTube channel!
You really don’t need fancy recording equipment. Use your cell phone to record video, most modern cell phones have decent video quality.
